As discussed in our regular meeting this past Mon, Jan 24th, two upcoming Board meetings are now scheduled: Thurs, Feb 3rd at 6pm and Mon, Feb 7th at 7pm. Both will be held via Zoom with links, call-in numbers, and agendas included below:
The Feb 3rd meeting is solely to review edits to the RORPOA GOVERNING DOCUMENTS (i.e. bylaws and two new policies recommended by legal counsel). All are a result of the significant overhaul to the Texas Property Code by the 87th Legislature (2021) requiring all POAs to take action to be in compliance. The Board will not be considering motions or voting during the Feb 3rd meeting. The pre-reads will be posted prior to the meeting. Zoom Link for February 3rd meeting:

Although the Feb 7th meeting will include motions to approve the edited documents, significant focus will be on DRAINAGE WORK scheduled for 2022.
