Property Owners
(cont’d)….. ROR has a continuous, dedicated Recreational Easement running along the front fence lines of all properties for riding horses or walking. For an annual fee, residents and their guests may also make use of an outdoor riding arena.
The Red Oak Ranch Property Owners’ Association (RORPOA) was created to operate and manage the Red Oak Ranch Community to protect the value and desirability of all properties.
The RORPOA Board of Directors is active in managing the affairs of the Community, along with CH&P Management (since April, 2021). Regular Board Meetings are open to Property Owners.
An active Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews property improvement projects for approval before they are initiated. The neighborhood is not subject to M.U.D. taxes, but maintains a fund for regular maintenance of the platted Drainage System.
