Our new Property Management firm, CH&P Management, was approved and will be sending an introduction letter on or about April 19, when they assume active management of Red Oak Ranch. Also during the meeting, the proposed Collection Policy was discussed and approved, filed with the county, and is now a Governing Document of RORPOA.
